Returns & Refunds are easy:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please email us a copy of the tracking number so we can follow the package for faster service. Contact Us for the correct return or exchange address as we have 3 warehouses.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. We do charge for shipping on any refused or return to sender orders
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item but a different size that is easy, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise how to proceed. We have great customer service' and do not charge restock or exchange fees
To return your product, you should contact us first. All exchanges and returns need a LARGE note inside with name of who shipped to and what size needed, or if it is a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging an item, once we have advised the address to return it to, we pay for the shipping of the new size to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary as we do exchanges on Wed & Fri.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
