Returns & Refunds are easy: (NOTE JEWELRY, JEANS & SHIRTS RETURNS ARE DIFFERENT)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All factory direct purchases, we have to be notified within 7 days for RA. Please email us a copy of the tracking number so we can follow the package for faster service. Contact Us for the correct return or exchange address as we have 3 warehouses.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. We do charge for shipping on any refused or return to sender orders
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you get your vest, jacket, chaps, helmet, gloves, shirt, & they do not fit, advise us and we will advise how to exchange it. This does NOT apply to liquidation items.
Jewelry Returns, these are factory direct and take 5-10 Business Days for Shipping to arrive at your door & there is 7 Day Return & Refund notification period where we must be notified of any return, or the sale is final. An RA process will begin for the return
Jimmy Lee Leathers Returns/Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging an item, once we have advised the address to return it to, we pay for the shipping of the new size to you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
